Osteopathy

In your first appointment we define your goals, understand any complaints and get to know each other before starting your treatment. Together we will develop a plan to get you to where you want to be; whether that be pain free, achieving more mobility or something else. I will treat you using a variety of techniques, specifically chosen to suit your condition and body type including: High Velocity Low Amplitude (HVLA, or cracking), deep tissue massage, joint mobilisation, biodynamics, dry needling etc.

In your follow-up appointments, we will continue moving towards your goal, with further hands-on work and exercise progression as you need it.

Cancellation Policy

I understand unanticipated circumstances may mean you have to cancel your appointment with me. However, I also believe that my time is valuable, and I ask that you respect my time by adhering to the below cancellation policy.

Appointment Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This will allow me to give your slot to another person in need of treatment. Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a $45 fee.

Late Arrival: I understand that things can happen that cause you to arrive late for your appointment. However, please understand that when you arrive late, you will receive a shorter than planned treatment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, I will need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee of $45 will apply.

No Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and have not given me any prior notification, I will charge you a cancellation fee of $50.

Exceptions: I know that emergencies happen and I’ll do my best to accommodate for them. If you miss your appointment due to an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible so I can reschedule your appointment without any cancellation fees.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email me.
